Stilton Tagliatelle

Stilton Tagliatelle

Serves: 4

A smart but simple pasta dish, that takes minutes to prepare. Great to throw together after work, or for a crowd of hungry friends.


  • 225g tagliatelle pasta
  • 120g crumbled Stilton cheese
  • 250ml sour cream or fromage frais
  • 1  egg lightly beaten
  • pepper -- to taste

Fresh flat leaf parsley sprigs


1. Cook tagliatelle in boiling, salted water following package directions; drain thoroughly.

2. Toss cooked pasta with the Stilton, sour cream, beaten egg and pepper and mix well over a low heat until the egg is cooked through and the Stilton has melted into the pasta.

Serve immediately in a casserole dish, garnished with parsley.
