• Ask to try before you buy at the deli counter.
• Serve Stilton at room temperature for maximum flavour and creamy texture.
• Serve Stilton with sweet wines or Port to complement the distinctive Stilton taste
• To freeze Stilton wrap in cling or foil; keep for a maximum of 3 months and for
best results defrost slowly overnight in the fridge.

Derbyshire,Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire, to a prescribed recipe.
Only 6 dairies are licensed to make Stilton.
