BLUE CHEESE WALNUT SPREAD
(adapted from a Ritz Crackers recipe)
1(8-ounce) package Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup (4 oz.) crumbled Stilton blue cheese
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup Planters brand Walnuts, chopped
2 T. snipped Chives
1. Blend cream cheese, blue cheese, sour crea and Worcestershire sauce; stir in walnuts and chives. Refrigerate at least one hour to blend flavors.
2. Serve as a spread with crackers.
